If iranian government gets toppled, India may get another adversary in region along with losing all above mentioned accesses.


Even without looking at India's interest specifically, it's better for whole region to be at peace and focus on development of its prople, otherwise region will never develop. Iran should also get over it's obsession with Israel.

India should stay neutral, offer medical aid to both parties and call for a ceasefire. Continued war would just damage India (lots of oil comes from the gulf, and a lot of Indian workers will be affected if the conflict spreads). India should maintain positive relations with both Iran and Israel, and not choose between them.

When people say that the market will go up if peace is brokered, realise that it’s you going back to step 0 where there was no conflict. Market might rally a little to sell you some options but on the larger scale think of damage done to assets on both sides, money that was pulled invested elsewhere.  Big money doesn’t trade like you and me if it’s pulled takes it own time to return.

The only thing supporting a rally is the consolidation of price. That too is vague when the time period is a week.

My two cents hard for the market to rally even when the conflict is resolved, except in one case which is iran us relations easing, pulling oil and natural gas prices down with the hope of sanctions being lifted.

I am from India and have done business with Israel, Iran and the Arab world. The relationship with Israel goes beyond exigencies of fighting Islamist terrorism - which is a good enough reason to be allies.

India is one of the few countries in the world where the Jewish community has never been  discriminated against, let alone persecuted. Israeli tourists are welcomed in India.  
Among all the countries in the region from North Africa to China, for a long time, India and Israel were the only 2 democracies.

After the cold war when we did have a border conflict with Pakistan in 1999, Israel was the  only country that helped by sending India artillery shells. Others just paid lip service to the rule of law etc, We actually disagree on Palestine. India has favored a two state solution for decades. In a mature relationship, we can agree to disagree on some things. 

The relationship with Israel is about doing business in software, pharma, tech, diamonds  
and defense equipment. With the Arab world, to put it simplistically, we supply labor and import oil.  Countries where the business relationship has expanded - UAE and Saudi have also moved closer to Israel.

As a global citizen, Israel contributes so much to the world.  Their mastery over desert agriculture allows them to support many countries agricultural industry.  Salt water desalination was something I remember the world telling Israel it was impossible.  These two industries alone benefit the  world so much, let alone their contributions to science, medicine, and tech.
